Dr. Larry Hausner, an educator for over 20 years as a teacher, assistant principal, principal and director in two Southern California school districts is the CEO/Founder of Coaching School Leadership, a firm specializing in supporting principals through coaching and professional development. He is also an Adjunct Professor in the Rossier School of Education at the University of Southern California.

Finally, Dr. Hausner is the author of, The Principal Coaching Model: How to Plan, Design, and Implement a Successful Program. He is the proud parent of two adult children, is an avid sports fan, and makes his home in Southern California.
